Q: What are the system requirements to run the software?

Microsoft® Windows® 98 2nd Edition, ME, 2000 Professional, XP Home & XP Pro, Vista. 400 MHz Pentium Processor or above, 128 MB RAM, CD ROM drive, Internet Explorer 6.0 or above.

Q: When I play the Tutorial Videos from the help menu in the program, they look fuzzy and I can't read the screens well.  How can I fix this?

This is caused by the Windows media player trying to accelerate the playback on some very high-powered computers. To correct this, open Windows Media Player, and choose these options: Tools, Options, Performance, and then slide the Video Acceleration marker to the middle setting between Full and None. Try the tutorial videos again. If it is still not working, slide the Video Acceleration marker all the way to None.

Q: When I access the User's Manual, Glossary or Tutorial Videos from the help menu in the program, why does it throw me out of the Money Management Solutions program?

When using the web browser to access these help menu tools, the MMS program screen is automatically minimized to the bottom of your monitor screen. If this was not done, the web browser page containing the item you asked to view from the help menu would come up BEHIND the program screen and you would have to manually minimize the MMS program screen to view it. We decided that the automatic minimization is the best solution. To get back to the program simply select the minimized icon at the bottom of your monitor screen.

Q: Why doesn't the tutorial video start playing when I click on the title?

Your Internet Explorer restricted the file for security. Click on the bar to allow your computer access to the video. How to do this is also covered in the User's Manual under the topic "Viewing the Tutorial Videos."

Q: The tutorial video screen is too large and I can't see the entire screen. How can I fix this?

Press the F11 key on your computer keyboard to adjust the size of the video screen to fit your monitor screen. When you have finished watching the videos, press the F11 key again to return your browser to its original view settings. How to do this is also covered in the User's Manual under the topic "Viewing the Tutorial Videos."
